Plastic is one of the most commonly used materials. It has different forms and shapes but the most commonly and widely used form or type of the plastic is the polypropylene. It is not only common but it is equally famous. fluted truck board is used in almost all kinds of things. Ranging from the kitchen utensils to your car batteries, your family room and your closet all use polypropylene to some extent. This material is also used for making sheets. The polypropylene plastic sheets are used in many industries for the manufacturing of different related components. These sheets provide a best alternative to all other kind of sheet materials that have been in use. This material has reduced the overall cost of sheets and have provided better performance. Not only the cost is reduced but the quality has increased too.

Polypropylene sheets provide high tolerance which make them suitable enough. Their surface remain stress free and retain their shape even in the result of high pressure.  The polypropylene sheets are available in different sizes. Their thickness varies and depending upon their thickness their tolerance also changes. A sheet of thickness 1 has a tolerance of 0 to 0.5 and a sheet of thickness 40 has tolerance of around 0 to 4 mm. This shows that as the thickness increases the tolerance of the sheet also increases.

There are typically two grades of the polypropylene. One is the top quality corflute sheets, this is the type of the polymer that is stiffer and harder. There are mainly two colors in which this type of plastic is available in the market. One is natural color and other is the color beige. Although, these are available in a variety of sizes and are easily accessible in the market. There are different sizes in which this kind of plastic polymer is available. The thickness is either of 20000 mm x 10000 mm and the other size is 30000 mm x 15000 mm. The tolerance for this kind of sheet is around 50 mm.

The other type is copolymer. This type is less rigid and more flexible. The impact it has on low temperature is quite better than the former type and the color range is also greater than the homopolymer.  These are manufactured with thickness of 2440 mm x 1220 mm and also in the thickness of 3000 mm x 1500 mm and the tolerance goes from 1.5 mm to 15 mm.
